Now that the technical and computer problems have been resolved, the registration of delegates and accredited journalists is going smoothly. In fact, the registration is fast and efficient, both at the Gigantinho Stadium, where some 30,000 delegates from approximately 5,500 organizations from all over the world are registering, and at the Catholic University (PUCRS), where the press room is located.
It is in the PUCRS that tomorrow morning the III World Social Forum will officially be opened. At 2pm, at an inaugural event, with the presence of representatives of the Forum's International Council and Organizing Committee, the results of a research project into the impressions and expectations that around 15,000 people from different countries have regarding the main issues to be discussed during the Forum.
Meanwhile, within Forum facilities the World Education Forum, World Parliamentary Forum and the II International Forum for the Advocacy of People's Health.
