WSIS PrepComm-3 Panel Debate

Instituto del Tercer Mundo (ITeM) organized the panel debate "WSIS in the context of ICTs global governance processes" at the Palais des Nations, Geneva, on September 27th, 2005.

This event was aimed at presenting and debating outcomes produced in the context of ITeM's "WSIS Papers" Project. Presentations covered the main issues at stake in WSIS second phase, as well as multilateral processes that have a strong impact on ICT global governance and their linkages to the WSIS.
