Action for Southern Africa (ACTSA)

Asia-Europe Dialogue Project
The Heinrich Böll Foundation, a German political institution located in Berlin and closely affiliated with the Alliance 90/The Green Party of Germany, proposed to start an Asia-Europe Dialogue on alternative political strategies in Asia in 1998. The objective is to encourage a dialogue between the organizations of civil society in both regions that could contribute towards the creation of alternative political strategies, which in turn, could lead to alternative models of development.
ATTAC International

DATA is a non-profit organization which aims to raise awareness about the crisis of unpayable DEBTS, the urgent need for more and better foreign development assistance, especially to fight AIDS, and the unfair TRADE rules which keep AFRICA poor and marginalized. Directory of Development Organizations (DevDir)
The Directory has been prepared to facilitate international cooperation and knowledge sharing in development work, both among NGOs, research institutions, governments and private sector organizations. INSouth embodies an understanding, from a South perspective, of the new and emerging issues in the international arena, and the challenges and opportunities they pose for the South.
In 2005, a group of scholars and activists, mostly from the global South, created the Copy/South Research Group to analyse, criticise, and confront the oppressive nature of current global copyright regimes, such as those defended by the World Intellectual Property Organisation, and similar ones around the globe.
