Asia-Europe Dialogue Project
The Heinrich Böll Foundation, a German political institution located in Berlin and closely affiliated with the Alliance 90/The Green Party of Germany, proposed to start an Asia-Europe Dialogue on alternative political strategies in Asia in 1998.
