ISW: A Southern lens on the information society
The Information Society Watch (ISW) is an online resource that tracks and analyses issues pertaining to the effect of ICTs on institutions and societies from the viewpoint of the South. ISW is an integral component of the Information Society for the South Project (ISSP), which interprets IS changes in light of development needs of the South and seeks to develop research and advocacy capacities in the South with regard to the IS discourse.
