The International Conference on Agrarian Reform and Rural Development (ICARRD) in Porto Alegre, Brazil is organized jointly by the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and the Government of Brazil. The Conference will explore new development opportunities to revitalize rural communities worldwide. 7-10 March 2006.
